Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). In case of delays due to high order volume, stock unavailability, or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you by email or phone.

Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship across India using trusted courier partners.

  • Estimated delivery timelines (after dispatch):

    • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

    • Other Locations: 5–10 business days

  • Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or festivals/strikes.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping is available on all orders.

  • A flat shipping fee applies to all COD and air-shipped orders.

  • Any additional charges, if applicable, will be shown during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking details. You can use this to monitor the status of your shipment.

International Shipping

Currently, we do not ship internationally. If enabled in the future, international shipping charges, customs duties, and delivery timelines will be displayed during checkout. Customers will be responsible for any applicable import duties or taxes.
Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept, we will attempt to contact you. Redelivery may incur additional shipping costs.

Damaged or Lost Orders

We take great care in packaging. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos/videos. We will provide a replacement or refund in line with our Return Policy.
